Take the charging token (laaddruppel) from the glove compartment.
Scan the token at the charging station to stop charging.
Make sure the car is unlocked.
Remove the cable from the car first.
Then remove the cable from the charging station.
Place the cable back in the boot.
Return the charging token to the glove compartment.
Cable stuck?
Make sure the car is unlocked via the MyWheels app. The cable will only release when the car is unlocked.
If that does not work, use the central locking button next to the window controls in the driver's door to unlock the car again.
Still having issues?
Contact the charging station operator if the cable is stuck in the charging station. The phone number is displayed on the charging station.
Contact MyWheels support if the cable remains stuck in the car, or if you have any other questions.
