Press button (1) to turn on the cruise control. The cruise control symbol will appear, and the screen will show "Cruise control ON" with dashes indicating that it is ready for use.
Setting speed
Drive above 30 km/h and press button (2) (SET/-) to set the current speed as your cruising speed. The saved speed will be shown in green on the dashboard.
Adjusting speed
Press button (2) (SET/-) to decrease the speed.
Press button (3) (RES/+) to increase the speed or to recall a saved speed. You can also hold the buttons down for a faster change in speed.
Exceeding the set speed
If you press the accelerator, you can temporarily exceed the set cruise control speed. The speed on the dashboard will flash until you release the accelerator. Then, the car will automatically return to the set speed.
Cruise control standby
Press button (4) to put the cruise control into standby mode, or press the brake pedal. The set speed remains saved, but the cruise control is deactivated. The warning light will turn gray.
Turning off cruise control
Press button (1) to turn off the cruise control. The saved speed will be cleared, and the cruise control symbol will disappear. You can also turn off the cruise control by activating the speed limiter (button 5).
Note: Cruise control should not be used in heavy traffic, on winding or slippery roads, or in bad weather. Always stay alert and keep control of the vehicle. The cruise control does not replace your responsibility to observe speed limits.
