How Cruise Control works in the Hyundai Kona

Activating Cruise Control:

• Press the CRUISE/ button on the steering wheel.

• The CRUISE indicator light will turn on.

Setting your speed:

• Accelerate to your desired speed (minimum 30 km/h).

• Move the switch down to SET- and release it.

• The car will now maintain that speed automatically.

Increasing your speed:

• Move the switch up to RES+ and hold to accelerate.

• Release when you reach the desired speed.

Decreasing your speed:

• Move the switch down to SET- and hold to slow down gradually.

• Release when you reach the desired speed.

Deactivating Cruise Control:

• Press the CRUISE/ button again — the CRUISE light will turn off.

• You can also deactivate it by pressing the brake pedal or the cancel (O) button.


How the Speed Limiter works in the Hyundai Kona

Setting a speed limit:

• Press the button on the steering wheel twice to activate the function.

• The Speed Limit indicator light will turn on.

• First, move the switch down to SET-.

• Then move the switch up (RES+) or down (SET-) to adjust your speed:

Hold to change the speed in steps of 5 km/h

Tap and release quickly to adjust in steps of 1 km/h

Deactivating the speed limiter:

• Press the CRUISE/ button on the steering wheel.

• The CRUISE light will turn off and the speed limiter is deactivated.
