MyWheels will soon be switching from pay-after-use to pay-in-advance.
When this change will apply to you, you will be notified via email and within the app.
If you became a new customer after October 19, 2026, you will start with pay-in-advance immediately.
Old (Pay-after-use):
If you want to change or add your bank details, follow these steps in the MyWheels app:
1. Go to 'Account'
2. Click on 'Payment'
3. Under 'Bank Account', click on 'Add'
4. Follow the steps
5. Optionally, set the new account as your preferred account

New (Pay-in-advance):
In the app, go to your account, choose the payment option, and select "Add" under "Payment account." Follow the steps to add your payment account. If you encounter any issues, you can contact the support department.
