MyWheels will soon be switching from pay-after-use to pay-in-advance.
When this change will apply to you, you will be notified via email and within the app.
If you became a new customer after October 19, 2026, you will start with pay-in-advance immediately.
Old (Pay-after-use):
To change or add bank details, go to the MyWheels app and go through the following steps:
Go to 'account'
Click on 'payment
Under 'payment account' click 'add'
Go through the steps
If necessary, make the new account your preferred account

New (Pay-in-advance):
Go to your account in the app, choose the payment option, and select "Add" under "Payment account." Follow the steps to add your payment account. You can now select this account when booking your next ride.
