If you provide the account number of a joint bank account through the app, it will be automatically rejected. To process the payment, please make a €0.01 deposit from another bank account in your name. You can do this using the link in the email you receive. This way, we can approve your account.
If you do not have another bank account, please send us a photo of your bank card with your name and account number clearly visible. You can do this by sending us a message in the app, or by sending us a e-mail to [email protected] (together with the e-mailadres of your account)
