When this change will apply to you, you will be notified via email and within the app.
If you became a new customer after October 19, 2026, you will start with pay-in-advance immediately.

Yes, you can. You can make payments from accounts in all SEPA countries. Follow these steps to link your account, and we’ll take care of the rest:
Create an account with MyWheels.
Transfer €0.01 to* NL97 RABO 0373 1664 27 in the name of Wheels4all Holding B.V.
Add the description ‘foreign IBAN’ + your name as known in your MyWheels account
Done? Request us to link your account number via the contact form. Please use the email address you used to create your account.
Check? We will send you a confirmation within ten days that the adjustment has been made.
* Note: Do not use this account number for other payments, such as ride costs.
** Note: The IBAN account you use for this must be in the same name as the one used to create your MyWheels account.
New (Pay-in-advance):
You can use MyWheels as long as your bank card is a Visa, Mastercard, or Amex, regardless of the country where your account is held. You can use either a credit card or a debit card.
