How do I pay my invoice?

At MyWheels, you can pay invoices either in advance or afterward.

MyWheels is going to stop payments in advance. If you are still using this payment method, you will receive an e-mail when this is going to be changed for you.

In Advance:
You pay in the app when you book your reservation, you pay via iDeal.


If you've paid for your rides (partially) in advance, you might still need to pay extra afterward. In that case, you'll receive an email with an iDeal link.

It's also possible that you have a Plus or Pro subscription and have some balance left at the end of your ride. We'll deposit that balance into your account, which you can use for future rides or have it refunded to your bank account.

Afterward (Post-Pay):

When you create a new account you will automatically pay Afterwards (Post-Pay)

Every Wednesday we will generate a weekly invoice for your completed rides and automatically debit the amount from your bank account.
