How does renting a van work?
Renting a van works exactly the same as renting a car through MyWheels. Once you have created your account in the app, you select the van, choose your time and destination and book a trip. When you are ready to drive, you simply unlock the van with your phone. Load up and go! After your trip, you return the van neatly to its spot. End the trip in the app and you are done.
I want to use the van for business. Is VAT shown on the invoice?
Yes, the VAT rates are specified on the invoice. That way, freelancers can easily grab a van whenever they need one, without unnecessary paperwork.
Are there restrictions on what I can transport?
You can take whatever fits, as long as you do not exceed the payload of 690 kg. There are a few rules though: no people, animals, illegal goods or hazardous substances such as flammable, toxic or corrosive materials. The van may also not be used as a delivery service. And whatever you transport: leave the van empty and clean for the next renter.
