Is the speed limiter on? You will see a limit on the dashboard. Briefly press the Driving Assist button to switch it off.
Is cruise control on? Briefly press the brake or press the Driving Assist button.
Is the car in SNOW mode? The drivetrain is then set up for slippery roads. Press the DRIVE MODE button and select NORMAL.
Does the car slow down sharply as soon as you lift off the accelerator? i-Pedal or a high regeneration level is active. Pull the right paddle behind the steering wheel, or hold the left paddle for 1 second to switch i-Pedal off.
Is the battery almost empty or very cold? The car then temporarily delivers less power. This recovers once the battery warms up or is charged.
Driving with a full load? The car will accelerate noticeably more slowly. That is normal.
