The window controls are in the driver's door.
Press a switch down to open the window.
Pull a switch up to close the window.
Press or pull the switch briefly to the second position and the window opens or closes fully by itself. A short press in the opposite direction stops the window where you want it.
Windows not working properly? Reset them
Press the EV button without pressing the brake so the electronics are switched on.
Close the window fully and keep pulling the switch up for at least 1 second.
Repeat until the window responds normally again.
