Charging
Charge the car at a charging station at the designated spot. Follow the steps below:
The charging port is located on the left side of the car, above the front wheel. Park the car with the front facing the charging station.
Turn off the car.
Open the charging port by pressing on the charging flap.
The charging cable is in the trunk. Connect it to the car first, then to the charging station, and press it in firmly.
The charging session will now start automatically. You will recognize this by the beep and the blue light turning on.
It may take a moment for the charging session to begin. The indicator on the charging station typically turns blue. The car's dashboard will also indicate that it is charging.
Place the charging tag back in the glove compartment.
Help! The charging session won't start!
Check that the charging cable is properly connected on both ends — to the car and to the charging station.
Try scanning the charging tag. In some cases, the car is not recognized automatically.
Start the charging session by holding the charging tag in front of the reader on the charging station. The charging station will usually beep to confirm.
