If you pay for a ride with MyWheels in advance, there might be a remaining amount at the end—for example, if you drove fewer kilometers than planned. This remaining amount is credited as 'balance' to your MyWheels account. You can have this balance refunded to your bank account or use it for future rides.
The breakdown of your ride costs and the balance you have left are detailed on the invoice.
If you’ve chosen a ‘Trips (kilometer bundle),’ any unused kilometers will expire. If you drive fewer kilometers than your bundle includes, those kilometers will expire. If you drive more kilometers, you’ll pay the standard rate per kilometer.
