Do you have an urgent question or problem? Then call us on the emergency number. This is listed in the app with your current ride. Is the question not urgent? Then send us a message in the app (Help => Send us a message)
Other questions:
Send us a message in the app (Help => Send us a message), we will answer your question as soon as possible.
