How to reach MyWheels as a MyWheels Ambassador?

If you want to report an issue about a car you manage as a MyWheels Ambassador, you can do so via:

  • Chat (between 09:00 and 22:00, 7 days a week)

Please provide the following information in your message:

  • Your name

  • License plate of the relevant car

  • Description of the issue

You can find the chat in the menu "Help"
Select "Other question" and then "MyWheels Ambassador question"
