Refueling a MyWheels gasoline car is just like refueling any other gasoline car. The benefit: fuel is included in the rental price. You don't have to pay for it yourself; just use our fuel card.
Good to know before refueling:
- You’ll find the fuel card in the glove compartment or behind the sun visor.
- The PIN code for the card is in your MyWheels app.
- The fuel card only works for Euro 95 or E10 fuel.
-
The fuel card is only valid in the Netherlands.
Which fuel should I use?
Our gasoline cars run on E10 fuel (formerly Euro 95).
When should I refuel the car?
Make sure to end your ride with at least a quarter of a tank. If you need to refuel, you can always fill the tank completely and pay with our fuel card, which is in the glove compartment or behind the sun visor. The PIN code is in the MyWheels app.
Note: If you return the car with less than ¼ tank and end the reservation, you risk a fine.
Are you having trouble refueling? Read on below.
Fuel card not working or you’re abroad
If the fuel card isn’t working or you’re abroad, please pay for the fuel yourself and then submit an expense claim to MyWheels via the contact form. We will refund the costs to your MyWheels account afterward.
Fuel card not present
Is there no fuel card in the car? Check the usual places and the rest of the car just to be sure. If it’s really nowhere to be found, pay for the fuel yourself – you can claim the costs with MyWheels afterward. We will refund the costs to your MyWheels account. Also, let us know if the fuel card is missing so we can block and replace it.
