I received a text message stating that the car isn't connected correctly. What to do?

This is what you can do when the car won't charge: 

  • Start the charging session again with the charging key/tag until the lights on the charging point turn blue.
  • Reconnect the charging cable. Disconnect the charging cable from the car and the charging point and reconnect it. Start the charging session again using the charging key. 
  • Rainbow colours or red light? Please phone the number on the charging point. The provider will reset the charging point.
  • Drive to another charging point if necessary.
