Try this if the car isn’t charging:
- Hold the charging card or fob against the reader again until the station's light turns blue.
- Reconnect the charging cable. Unplug it from both the car and the station, then plug it back in. Activate the station again with the charging card or fob.
- If you see rainbow colors or a red light, call the number on the charging station so the provider can reset it.
- If necessary, drive to another charging station.
- If everything is set up correctly and the car is charging, you can ignore the SMS notification.
