What if the additional verification hasn't been completed before my trip starts?

Unfortunately, we will cancel your booking if you don't have an active account.

  • If you have paid in advance, please click here to check your outstanding balance. We have reimbursed the costs for the trip.

  • You can keep the outstanding balance for a subsequent booking once we have finished the manual verification – we will send you an email when we did.

  • Click here to redeem your outstanding balance, and we will reimburse it on your bank account.
