In case of a breakdown, follow these steps:

Ensure your safety. If possible, move the car to a safe location. Put on a safety vest if needed; it's located in the back of the car.

Check if you can resolve the issue yourself:
- For a malfunction: Restart the car.
- For minor damage (e.g., a dent) that allows you to continue driving: Report it in the MyWheels app and drive the car back to its fixed location.

Contact us: You can find the phone number in the app under your current trip.
If we cannot assist you over the phone, we will arrange for roadside assistance to help you.
Note: Never continue driving if a red warning light appears on the dashboard after starting the car. This helps prevent additional problems.
