We fully understand that it's not appropriate to park at charging spots for extended periods. If we receive a report about this, we will send someone to move the car.
MyWheels has no interest in unnecessarily occupying charging stations—also known as "charging hogging." That's why we've recently introduced a new initiative: discharging. If a car has been connected to the same charging station for more than 24 hours, we automatically receive a notification. Members can then see in the app which cars are affected and can move them to a regular parking spot, earning a fee for doing so.
