Deactivating the airbag (for a child seat):
To deactivate the passenger airbag, use the rotary switch on the dashboard on the passenger side. Turn the switch to the indicated position to deactivate the airbag when placing a child seat on the passenger seat.
Indicator light (2) must illuminate to confirm that the airbag has been deactivated.
AFTER USING THE VEHICLE, ALWAYS REACTIVATE THE AIRBAG FOR THE NEXT USER.
