When you go on vacation or travel on a toll road in the Netherlands, it’s important to arrange the toll payment yourself. In many cases, you can pay the toll directly at toll booths. However, there are also locations where toll cannot be paid on-site. In such cases, it’s the driver’s responsibility to pay the toll through other means.
If you fail to pay the toll, it will be invoiced later, with additional administrative fees and possible fines.
