It isn't always possible to validate a driving licence automatically, in which case we will carry out an additional verification. We will notify you automatically if we do. You can then book a car but not use it yet.
It can take up to five working days for us to complete the verification. Unfortunately, it isn't possible to inquire about the status or outcome of the manual verification, we will contact you as soon as the outcome is available.
