The rental price is based on the number of hours x the hourly rate. If an employee returns the car later than expected or leaves earlier than first agreed, we recalculate the price per 15 minutes. So if an employee gets back 10 minutes later than stated in the booking, an extra 15 minutes will be added to the price.
If the car is returned sooner than expected, the trip can be ended up to two hours earlier than specified in the booking.
