Or you hold the OV Chipkaart on the card reader again. Is it really not working? Then you can reach us by phone (find the number in your current trip in the app) we can open the car for you remotely.
I found something, maybe it belongs to the previous renter?
You can report this to us by sending an email. You can also send a photo of the found object. You can leave the found object in the car.
