During the car unlocking process via the app or mobile website, we ask you to report any new damages. Therefore, carefully inspect the car for visible damages before getting in. This will also prevent any later disputes about whether the damage was caused during your trip.
We will show you any pre-existing damages that we are already aware of, so you don't need to report them again. You can report new damages to us through the MyWheels app, and you can also attach photos of the observed damage directly.
