What to do:
- Complete both sides of a damage form first. If a counterparty is involved, fill in the damage form together.
- Report the damage directly in the app under 'damage' button. Include photos of the damage and the damage form. You can also email it to schade@mywheels.nl.
- If you are unable to continue driving, call 085-7734222 immediately if the situation allows.
- Safety first, in case of dangerous situations first call the emergency services (112).
