Lost & found items

I have lost something / left something in the car.
Are you standing next to the car and have just locked it? If so, you can open the car again. You do this by selecting ‘report a problem’ in the trip (app or website) or by holding your OV chip card against the card reader again. If this does not work, please phone us (number is in the app in your current trip) and we will unlock the car remotely.

I have found an item belonging to the previous driver.
Report this by contacting us via the contact form. You could also attach a photo of the item you have found. Leave the item in the car. MyWheels is not liable for the loss or theft of personal property in or from our shared cars.
