You will receive an message from the car(s) of which you are the Ambassador, indicating when they can be "discharged."
Additionally, you are not limited to cars in your vicinity. If you are away for a weekend in another city, you can also discharge and move MyWheels cars there during your city walk, provided they are charged to at least 80%.
