If you want to report an issue about a car you manage as a MyWheels Ambassador, you can do so via:

  • The contact form
  • Whatsapp
    • The phone number can be found in the onboarding document that you as a MyWheels Ambassor have received.


Please provide the following information in your message:

  • Your name
  • License plate of the relevant car
  • Description of the issue


You will receive a response for questions send via Whatsapp within 24 hours.
