You can extend your reservation both before and during the ride. If it doesn’t work, it means someone else has booked the car, and you’ll need to return it at the agreed time.
If you’re already late and can’t extend, return the car to its designated spot or zone as soon as possible. Please inform us through the support department—especially if you genuinely can’t make it back on time due to unforeseen circumstances. The phone number can be found on your ride screen.
Extending Before the Ride
Before your ride begins, you can easily extend your reservation by adjusting the time. In the MyWheels app, go to ‘Rides’ and click on the ride you want to extend. Then, adjust the end time. If you can’t do that, it means the car has already been booked after your ride.
Extending During the Ride
In the ride screen, next to the end time, there’s a button labeled ‘Extend’. You can use this button to extend your ride as long as you like, unless the car has been booked by someone else after you. In that case, your ability to extend the reservation may be limited or unavailable.
Additional Payment During Your Reservation
Sometimes, you may need to make an additional payment before you can extend the reservation—you’ll receive a notification about this in the app. If you always pay afterward, advance payment won’t be required.
