What if the car won't unlock (at the start of the booking)? 

If the car won’t unlock, please check the following:

  • Are you too early? Advance your booking if necessary. 
  • Do you have a connection on your phone? 
  • Follow the instructions under your booking if the car doesn't unlock and try again.

* During the booking, you can use the car key to unlock and lock the car.
