What if the car won't lock (at the end of the booking)? 

If the car won’t lock, please check the following: 

  • Do you have a connection on your phone? 
  • Follow the instructions under your booking if the car doesn't lock and try again.
  • Are you late for more than an hour? Please phone us to end your booking and lock the car. 
  • Never leave a car if it isn't locked – instead, phone us.
  • Never lock the car with the key at the end of your trip – instead, phone us.

Our phone number is in the app in your current trip.

 

* During your booking, you can use the car key to unlock and lock the car.
