- Do you have a connection on your phone?
- Follow the instructions under your booking if the car doesn't lock and try again.
- Are you late for more than an hour? Please phone us to end your booking and lock the car.
- Never leave a car if it isn't locked – instead, phone us.
- Never lock the car with the key at the end of your trip – instead, phone us.
