If you’re unable to lock the car, please check the following:
- Do you have a working internet connection?
- Have you followed the app instructions correctly? If needed, go through the steps again.
- Are you ending your ride more than an hour late? Call us to lock the car.
- Close the MyWheels app completely and reopen it; it will reconnect.
If it still doesn’t work, contact our support team— you can find the phone number in the app.
Note: Never lock the car with the physical key at the end of your ride, and don’t leave it unattended if it’s not properly locked. Call us if you really can’t resolve the issue. The phone number is available in the app.
