To lock the car during your reservation, use the physical key if available. If the car does not have a key, lock it via the MyWheels app by clicking the 'lock car' button.
At the end of your ride, always lock the car using the MyWheels app. Leave the physical key—if present—in the car. Then, follow the steps in the app to officially end your trip.
