If the charging card or fob isn't working, you can do the following:
- Check if the charging card or fob is truly the problem: Have you connected everything properly and scanned the card correctly? Follow these steps if needed.
- Try using a different charging station.
- If you urgently need to charge, scan your debit or credit card instead of the charging card or fob. You will pay the charging costs yourself, but you can claim these expenses from us later.
- If the car is in the correct zone or at its designated spot, but the card or fob still doesn't work, park zone cars in a spot without a charging station. For cars with a fixed parking spot, you can leave them without the charging cable in this case. Store the cable, return the card or fob to the glove compartment, and lock the car. In both cases, please send us an email to inform us.
