If you're on vacation with MyWheels, it can be nice to wash and vacuum the car occasionally. For this costs you can submit us a reimbursement claim, by sending us a message in the app. We require proof of cleaning. This includes a receipt and before-and-after photos.
Within the Netherlands we have our own cleaning company. Would you like tio clean a car yourself? Ask for permission via the chat, send us a message in the app and choose current reservation. Of course, after approval, you can declare the costs to us.
