I forgot to remove my belongings from the car. What should I do?

After ending your trip, you have 45 minutes to access the car. You can do this by clicking on ‘Forgot something?’ in the app, located at the bottom of your trip reservation. If you realize later—after an hour or even a day—that you left something behind, make a new reservation to access the car.
