I can't start my ride, what should I do?

If you're unable to start your ride, there are several things you can do:

  1. Are you very early? Consider moving your reservation forward.

  2. Complete all the steps in the app before starting your ride.

  3. Restart the app, as this often resolves most issues.

  4. Check your internet connection and make sure your Bluetooth is turned on.
